Week 11 IDP Rankings: Linebackers
• Lawrence Timmons left Sunday night's game early after injuring his hip, but appears ready to go for the Week 11 matchup with Oakland. As long as he's active, he's the top linebacker in IDP.

• Third-year LB Jerod Mayo cracked the 100-tackle mark (104 total, 68 solos) for the third straight season, this time in just nine games. He posted 128 total tackles over 16 games in his rookie season and 103 in 13 games in 2009. It'll be interesting to see how Belichick's 3-4 approaches the Colts this week, but you can count on Mayo to rack up his fair share.
• James Anderson had just three solo tackles against the Bucs on Sunday, but still leads the Panthers with 84 stops from the SLB spot. He'll be busy against the Ravens, who yield a ton of points to opposing LBs. Jon Beason (69 total tackles in 2010) is also a must-play.
• Clay Matthews (11 sacks) returns from his bye for a tasty matchup in Minnesota. The Vikes will do their best to keep him off Brett Favre, but they've struggled to protect the veteran QB this season. Fellow LBs A.J. Hawk and Desmond Bishop are solid LB2s.

• MLB Kirk Morrison has been quiet this season. His only 10-tackle game was against Indy in Week 4. I'm elevating WLB Justin Durant (34 tackles in just six games this season) and SLB Daryl Smith (50 total tackles in 2010) over the former Raider this week, since it appears Morrison's been dropping back in coverage more than the run-stopping OLBs. Durant was limited in practice with a shin injury, so make sure he's active before plugging him in.
• I think you'll see big numbers from Zac Diles this week against the Jets – who'll spend a lot of time pounding the weak side of the Texans defense. Both he and Brian Cushing are excellent plays. Cushing has yet to register a sack this year, but had nine solos last week against the Jaguars.

• Chiefs LB Derrick Johnson recently signed a five-year contract extension worth just over $34 million (with $15 million guaranteed), and responded with another monster game in Week 10 (12 solos, 2 PD). He's got 8 PD in his last four games and has 78 total tackles, an INT and three forced fumbles on the season.
Last season, Stephen Tulloch wasn't an every-down linebacker for the Titans, but he still racked up 121 tackles. This season, the relentless middle linebacker is staying on the field in nickel and dime packages, making him among the most coveted IDP starters in fantasy land. Tulloch started off the season with 13 tackles in his first couple games, about average for an LB2, but has since tallied 75 stops in his last seven games, putting him on pace for over 150 on the season. It's nice to have studs like James Harrison and DeMarcus Ware bolstering your stats with multi-sack games and assorted big plays, but every lineup needs a tackle maven, a mainstay that's guaranteed to get his freak on – week in and week out. In more than one league,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Tulloch's been that guy for me.
