For the full implementation of the "Dalian City to further promote the development of software and service outsourcing industry a number of provisions" related issues are hereby interpreted as follows:
The first software and IC design companies identified by enterprises outside the "Dalian software and service outsourcing enterprises that way," implementation.
The second training institutions recognized by "information technology training in Dalian agencies identified measures" implemented.
Article senior personnel software and service outsourcing incentives by "software and service outsourcing in Dalian senior personnel incentives" implementation.
Article IV of Article VI, Article XII, XIV and XV meeting the requirements of incentives or subsidies, in accordance with current City software and service outsourcing project guidelines for the special funds to the Bureau of Information Industry to declare, after examination arranged special funds for City allocation and notify cities and counties (pilot area). Article VI Article VII and Article VIII of the content required by the various cities and counties (pilot area) relevant departments for implementation.
Article VII of the requirements of Article XIII and XX incentives or subsidies,outsourcing software development, the boroughs (pilot area) information industry department accepted.
Article Article VIII, Article XI,Data convention outsourcing, the implementation of Article a Ministry of Finance,quality assurance companies, the Ministry of Commerce to support the development of international service outsourcing fund management business of the relevant provisions.
Article IX provides that the requirements of Article XVIII funded by Dalian Municipal Intellectual Property Office is responsible for handling declarations.
Three requirements of Article X provides subsidies to the admissibility of the Finance Office of Dalian Municipal Government to declare.
Twenty-four requirements provided in Article award from the Dalian City SME Bureau is responsible for handling declarations.
Article XII of the twenty-eighth meeting the requirements of content, application units are not required to report the information industry bureau, personal information directly to the institution for evaluation of evaluation.
Article XIII of the note by the Municipal Information Industry Bureau and the Municipal Financial Bureau explained.
