Even though he started only two games in his three years in Atlanta , Matt Schaub earned [link widoczny dla zalogowanych]respect.
So when the Falcons traded Schaub to Houston in 2007, [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] was not surprised to see his former teammate have success. Last year Schaub led the NFL with 4,770 passing yards and had a career-high 29 touchdown passes. He was also the MVP of the Pro Bowl.
"He was kind of stuck behind at that time one of the best in the league in Mike Vick," [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] said. "Obviously he was kind of handcuffed there a little bit, and we ended up trading him. He's obviously showing everything I knew he would be. He's an extremely intelligent guy. He loves the game of football. He has a great arm. All the great quarterbacks have great anticipation. He's playing better than anybody in the league right now, so we have our hands full with him."
