The Devils passed the halfway mark of the season as the NHL's worst team, and The Star-Ledger's Rich Chere put together a midseason report card.
The results? Well, it's probably not a surprise to see the Devils have more questions than answers, and plenty more dark moments than bright spots.

The problem with this team is the defensive corps.

Come to think of it, why didn't any other GM in the league (other than L.A.) offer him ANY contract?
