Another way to measure your head size is to use a strip of cloth and use it in the same way as a measuring tape. Mark the right spot and then lay it against a measuring tape to get a numerical reading. Place the measuring tape around your head,embroidery digitising, in the spots mentioned in the previous step, snugly. The tape should be wound around your head in a compact manner, not too loose, and not too tight. Once you've positioned the tape exactly where you want it, make a note of the exact measurement, down to one eighth of an inch. Measure a few more times, positioning the tape at various heights, till you've found the perfect fit and make a note of the tape reading. |
