| ShangPharma Corp. said Friday it named William Dai chief financial officer,Localization Software, replacing Kevin Penghui Chen,Outsourcing Solution For Retail Goods, who will become president of the company and continue as chief operating officer.
The changes are effective Jan. 10. |
