| Taiwanese firms are optimistic about the development of vehicle electronics and LED industry. This year the vehicle electronics exhibition gathered Everlight, Universal Scientific Industrial, Aidlite, Globa Professional Auto, Ligitek, TTLUX and other exhibitors to display their products and seek for new opportunities. A wider range of international business opportunities was provided for the Taiwanese through the exhibition.
LED has evolved from the traditional lamp packaging to today’s wide application into various electronic products. Among all, the combination of LED Tail Light and Headlights has the greatest potential and is welcomed by the industry. The vehicle LED products currently in the market is mostly for interior lighting use; external lights such as headlights, tail lights and turn lights are more recent products, but are developing rapidly in the last few years and is well received by the market. This is a great potential business opportunity, Everlight, which ranked seventh in the global LED market share, are supplying all kinds of LED products such as High Power LEDs, LAMPs, SMDLEDs, Display, and Infrared, which can satisfy different customers’ needs. On the other hand, in order to strength the LED next generation technology, Everlight established a special technology division to join the vehicle advanced lighting alliance, in order to target the LED auto lights market and to develop the high brightness LED headlights. Universal Scientific Industrial, which is the first vehicle electronics manufacturer in Taiwan, is one of the global leading design, manufacture, and service (DMS) providers in the world. It main products included Telematics, Electronic Instrumentation, Sensor Module, Motor Controller and Charging System. Its high brightness LED auto lights module are supplied to many European and Japanese top manufacturers, which setup the international auto electronics supply chain for Taiwan. TTLUX uses its own brand for marketing LED products, and are designed and manufactured in Taiwan.
