China VoIP & Digital Telecom (News - Alert) Inc., a Nevada-based operation, reportedly announced plans to discontinue VoIP operations to concentrate on providing integral virtualization solutions and services in China.
The company reportedly has taken the decision consequent to the ban on VoIP services by the Chinese Government in July 2009 sequence to certain political requirements.
For the purpose of focusing on virtualization market in China,Telecommunication provider, the company bought a new auxiliary company named 'Beijing PowerUnique Technologies' during early part 2008. The subsidiary company has its office in Beijing and specializes in virtualization software R&D sales and service.
China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc is supported by the Chinese government administration and has made a number of advancements in the virtualization business. The various virtualization services offered by the company include developing and promoting of server virtualization technology, providing of virtual desktop infrastructures, disaster tolerance backup and management technology under virtualization infrastructure, information technology outsourcing services of virtualization products and technology and info-security for storage products.
The Company reportedly has achieved VMware certifications in VMware Technology Alliance Partner, VMware Community Source, VMware Premier Partner, VMware Authorized Training Center and VMware Authorized Consultant.
"We have a more established customer sales and service network for virtualization, which was initiated two years ago,Pharmaceutical Outsourcing," Kunwu Li, company CEO, said. "The network covers Shandong, Sichuan, Hebei, Liaoning,Telecommunication outsourcing, Beijing and Tianjin, and the industry coverage has extended to the government departments, power supply,Business process outsourcing company, petrochemistry , education, taxation, public security, healthcare and banking sectors."

With our new focus, we can expect greater revenues from our virtualization business than what we had from the divested VoIP operations.
