| We've crushed on Tory Burch ever because the current Hearst 30 Days of Fashion dinner (we were featured as one from the Fashion Insiders inside the fabulous supplement & enjoyed sitting next to the equally fabulous EIC of Esquire, David Granger). In a fun, on-stage interview with Harper's Bazaar EIC, Glenda Bailey,Tory Burch Boots, Tory revealed that 1 of her fantasy dinner guests is one of our absolute fave authors: Gabriel Garcia Marquez. Then we found out she also believes, like us, that culottes are about the worst fashion trend of all time. And now, she may just surpass French Vogue's Carine Roitfeld on our Girl Crush Foodchain because she is using her considerable prestige and clout for charity: Tory Burch Volume 1: Save the Children - the first in a series of compilation CDs to help raise awareness and money for charitable organizations around the world.
